Haven’t posted anything lately, forgiveness requested.  Nothing has changed much. The fall chinook are either dead or spawning, the coho still don’t pass Lyle Falls well and there are few steelhead in the river.

Water is perfect, we had a notable upswing in flows a couple days ago so I’m hoping a few fresh fish might have moved in.

Guide boats nymphing on the go are hooking a steelhead or two (maybe 3) daily.  Bank anglers swinging flies need to cover as much water as possible.  Fishing is tough now and likely won’t get better prior to season close.  Wish I had better words to share and if I find out I’m wrong I’ll certainly let you know.
